Time: Sunday 04/05/1405 at 9 am Location: Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, 6th floor of the old building, No. 175, Mousavi corner, Taleghani Street, Tehran Assembly agenda: 1- Hearing and reviewing the report of the board of directors about the activities of the common room in 1404 and approving it; 2- Presenting the report of financial statements and balance sheet of 1404 by the treasurer, hearing the report of the legal inspector and approving it. 3- Examining the proposed annual budget and approving it 4- Determining the entry of new members and the annual membership fee 5- Determining a widely circulated newspaper to insert advertisements and notices of the chamber 6- Selection of the main and alternate board members 7- Choosing the main and alternate inspector 8- And other cases that are under the jurisdiction of the ordinary general meeting in an extraordinary manner. It should be noted that if the representative is present, an official and legal letter of introduction along with the representative's national card is required.
